               The case is taken up on the pliant of admission. Hd. ld. Lawyer for the complainant. Perused the complaint and the documents filed.

              The complainant alleged that although his electric meter was stopped, yet the Op. sent bill for Rs.9,200/- and for non payment of the bill, the electric line of the complainant was disconnected. Thereafter, the complainant paid the total amount with Rs.100/- for re-connection charges and thereafter, re-connection was done.

               Now, the complainant has prayed for compensation and cost for the alleged deficiency.

               In appears that the complainant has admitted the claim of the Op. and that is why he deposited the amount and after further deposit of re-connection charges, the electric line of the complainant was re-connected. In that case, on the face of it, there is no deficiency in service. We donot find that there is any point to be adjudicated in this case. Therefore, the case is not admitted and hence, the application filed by the complainant is disposed of accordingly.
