Final Order / Judgement

           Parties and their Ld. Advocates are present before the National Lok Adalat, presided over by Sri Asish Deb, President, DCDRC, Purba Medinipur, Sri Saurav Chandra, Member DCDRC, and Smt. Kabita Acharjee (Goswami), Member (L) DCDRC. After hearing both sides it appears that the matter of this case has been settled with the terms that the complainant and OPs 2 and 3 will pay the dues amount of the electricity bill dtd. 01.05.2021 to the tune of Rs.30000/- (approx.) on condition that the complainant will pay Rs.15000/- and OPs 2 and 3 jointlywill pay Rs.15000/- for clearing the dues of the said bill and if any excess amount is to be paid in addition to the said amount said complainant and OPs 2 and 3 will pay the same with equal share.

          It is further settled that the complainant and the OPs 2 and 3 will not raise any objection in the matter of installation or giving electric connection if applied for by any of them.

          The OP1 is directed to give the electric connection to the complainant at his premises as mentioned in the complaint  within 15 days from the date of payment of the dues of the bill dated 01.05.2021 as above.

           It is settled that the complainant has no further claim as against the OP1.

          Thus the case stands disposed of.
