The Complainant files hazira through advocate.

The case is fixed for further Admission hearing.

The Complainant has filed the instant case against the O.P. with the direction to shift the electric pole from the land of the Complainant alleging that the electric pole has been installed by the O.P. Authority without the permission and consent of the Complainant.

It is purely a land matter within the discretion of the O.P. Authority to install electric pole and this Commission has no jurisdiction to go into the land matter for installation of electric pole.

The Complainant has therefore no prima facie case against the O.P. Authority

Hence it is ordered……..

That the case is liable to be dismissed on Admission point.

Both parties be supplied copy of this order free of cost.
