Order No. 4 dated 24-03-2014.

            Today is fixed for admission hearing of the complaint.

            Complainants file a petition by its agent namely Madhab Chandra Barman to withdraw the complaint.

            Agent on behalf of the Complainants submits that he is engaged with cultivation so he is unable to attend this Forum on the date fixed. He also submits that he being a Complainant is totally ignorant regarding the procedure adopted in the Forum and also the Opposite Parties assured them to mitigate the problem shortly.

            Although the Agent stated in the petition that he is unable to discharge the liability as others Complainants vested upon him.

            In this circumstance we are constrained to dispose the complaint being withdrawn.
