The case is fixed for appearance of the Complainant and for further order.

It appears from the record that complainant party prayed for an interim relief for electric connection to their premises and this Commission by Order dated: 13-03-2019 directed the O.P. i.e. Station Manager, WBSEDCL, Radhanagar, Bishnupur P.S., Bankura to appear personally on 10-04-2019 before the Commission and in the mean time to restore electric connection to the premises of the complainant (s) within seven days by payment of installment. Thereafter on 10-04-2019  the complainants did not turn up but the O.P. duly appeared personally and submitted a petition stating that the electric connection has already been restored but the outstanding dues has not been paid by installment as directed by the Commission. Since then the case is being adjourned from time to time for appearance of the complainant and further order. The grievance of the complainant to get electric connection has been redressed and addressed by the O.P. but the complainants have the obligation to comply the order of this Commission to pay the outstanding dues by installment which they failed deliberately and for that reason they escaped from the proceeding by not making their appearance in spite of the direction of the Court. It is no use to continue with the case further as the complainant has deliberate intention to escape payment of outstanding dues and dragging the case thereby. Hence the complaint is disposed of with the above observation.

The O.P. is at liberty to realize the outstanding dues from the complainant in accordance with the law.
