Final Order / Judgement

              The complainant is present by filing hajira through Ld. Advocate. The case is taken up for hearing. Perused the order sheet and other materials on record. Heard the Ld. Lawyer for the complainant. The Ld. Lawyer for the complainant refused to deposit Rs.10,000/- before the O.Ps. as directed.

               From order no.2 dt. 29/08/2017 we find that the present case was admitted subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- by the complainant before the O.Ps. by this day. But the complainant refused to deposit Rs. 10,000/- in compliance to the above order. Thus the complainant has failed to abide by the order passed by this Forum vide order no. 2 dt. 29/08/2017. Accordingly the case cannot be admitted and is liable to be dismissed.

Hence it is

ORDERED

 

            that the CC/41/2017 be and the same is dismissed. The adinterim order of injunction passed by this Forum is hereby vacated. The O.Ps. will be at liberty to take action against the complainant according to law.
