The Ld. Advocate of OP no. 3 and the Ld. Advocate of OP no. 1 and 2 are present. But none appears on behalf of the complainant and no show cause is filed. The case has sustained two adjournments at the stage of showing cause by the complainant. The complainant appears to be reluctant to proceed with the case for which he had abstained from making appearance repeatedly. Therefore, the case stands for dismissal.
