The petition dated 20/09/2018 filed by the Complainant for restoration of his line is taken up for hearing treating the same as M.A Case No. 117/2018.

            The OP has contested the application without filing any objection.

            Heard both sides objection is raised.

            We find that an interim order was passed on 13/09/2018 direction the Complainant to pay a lump sum of Rs. 35, 000/- to the OP within 7 days and the OP was directed not to disconnect the line. The Complainant has already paid Rs. 35,000/-. But it is the case of the Complainant there is some fault in line, and he is not getting Electric line. Ld. Advocate/Agent of the Complainant submitted that the Complainant is ready to be pay cost of repair of said line.

            In this juncture we think prayer is to be allowed.      

            Hence

                                    The petition dated 20/09/2018 filed by the Complainant for restoration of his line i.e M.A Case No. 117/2018 is allowed on contest. No cost.

            The OP WBSEDCL is directed in repair the said line of Complainant and cost of same is to be borne by the Complainant.

            Thus the M.A is disposed of.

The copy of the order be supplied free of cost.
