           The Ld. Agents of the parties are present.

          The record is placed for hearing of argument of the parties. At this juncture, the Complainant by filing a petition duly verified, prays for an order for withdrawal of this proceeding with the assertion that as the O.Ps meanwhile, made good of the problems by making necessary correction of the illegal bill, the subject matter of bone of contention of the parties, he is no longer interested to proceed with the case and then he may be allowed to withdraw from the complaint.

           The Ld. Agents of the parties in course of hearing of the petition do not oppose the prayer.

         Having regard to the materials on record, claim of the Complainant and submission of both sides, we find reason to hold that the Complainant should be allowed to withdraw from the complaint.

Accordingly,

                Ordered,

                                That the complaint be and the same is disposed off with final order being withdrawn.

A plain copy of this order be supplied to each of the parties free of cost.
