              The case record is put up before the Lok Adalat for settlement.

              Both parties are present with their ld. lawyers. The complainant files a petition for with drawal of the case on the ground of       compromise.  O.P. also files some documents. It is submitted by the parties and their ld. lawyer that they have amicable settled the dispute of this case and in view of such settlement the complainant has been paid by the O.P. a cheque of Rs.75,776/- and the complainant therefore does not want to proceed further in this case.

              In view of that it is,                                         

                                            ORDERED

                                                                    that the complainant case no.07/2016 stands allowed in part in terms of such compromise as stated above.
