           The OP is present through Ld. Agent.

           The Complainant is absent without taking any step.

           Today is fixed for filing show cause by the Complainant but none appears on behalf of the Complainant on repeated calls and no show cause is filed on behalf of the Complainant.  It appears from the C/R that the Complainant was absent on last date also.

           In this premises, it seems to us that the Complainant is not interested to proceed with this case.  Thus, this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence,

         it is Ordered,

                        That the present case be and the same is dismissed for default.  No order as to costs.

Let a copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
