Final Order / Judgement

Date of Filing: 18-04-2016                                               Date of Final Order: 27-02-2017

Smt. Runa Ganguly, President-In-charge.

Order No.15, Dated 27/02/2017.

Put up the record on petition filed by the Complainant through Ld. Agent.

The Complainant by filing a separate verified petition praying for withdrawal of the present case as the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled through Lok Adalat which was held on 11.02.17 at Mathabhanga Court premises.

The Complainant also files a copy of order of Lok Adalat.  The said document reveals that the case before Lok Adalat has been settled as pre-litigation case but the fact is that the dispute between the parties is still pending before this Forum.

In this premises, it seems to us that this record ought to had been called for by the SDLS Committee, Mathabhanga for proper adjudication of the dispute.

Be that as it may, it appears that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and the Complainant has no interest further to proceed with the present case.

Hence, the petition filed by the Complainant is considered and allowed.

Thus, the present case be and the same is disposed off accordingly for non-prosecution.  No order as to cost.

Let a plain copy of this Order be supplied to the parties concerned free of cost for information & necessary action, as per rules.

Dictated and corrected by me.
