                Ld. SIBASIS SARKAR:– The O.P. filed Affidavit- in –chief. Copy served.  At this stage the complainant has filed a petition praying for permission to withdraw the case.

                Perused the petition and other materials on record. Heard both sides.

                The O.P. raised no objection.

                The complainant stated in the petition that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled out of Forum. As such the complainant does not want to proceed

further with this case. As such he has filed the present petition praying for withdrawal of the case.

     

                 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it appears to us that the complainant should be permitted to withdraw himself from the present case.

                                                                                                                

                               Hence, it is,

                                                  Ordered

                         that the Complaint Case No.32/18 and the same is withdrawn without any liberty to sue afresh. The case as thus disposed of.

                                       Let a  plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost on         

                 proper receipt. The original documents, if any, and the extra sets be also returned to the

                 parties.
