The Complainant is absent without taking any step.

On behalf of the O.P. No.1 by filing a petition praying for passing necessary order in view of Final Order passed by the Hon’ble State Commission on 18/11/2016.

Perused the C/R, it appears that a plain copy of Final Order of the Hon’ble State Commission dated 18/11/2016 in Revision Petition No. RP/30/2016 is received by this Forum on 28/11/2016.

The Hon’ble State Commission pleased set aside the Order No.2 dated 30/12/2015 passed by this Forum and also hold that CC/116/2015 pending before this Forum stands dismissed being not maintainable.

Thus, in view of the above decision of the Hon’ble State Commission and considering the facts and circumstances, we are in view to dismiss the present CC case.

Hence, it is ordered that the present Case No. CC/116/2015 be and the same is dismissed accordingly.
