          The instant M.A. being No. 264/2018 is filed on petition for amendment of the complaint. This M.A was heard in the earlier (24.10.2019). Perused the proposed amendment petition along with complaint. On perusal of the instant petition it is appeared to us that the proposed amendment does not change the nature and character of this case. Hence the instant petition is considered and allowed for proper adjudication. Let the complaint be amended as sought for and note in the relevant register. The complainant is directed to file the updated amended complaint on the date fixed. Thus, the instant M.A. being No. 264/2018 is hereby allowed on contest but without cost.

 

          Fix 20/01/2020 for appearance of the parties and filing the amended complaint by the complainant as well as W/V by the O.Ps.
