Both the parties are present in person through their Ld. Advocates.
Both the parties have settled their dispute amicably before Upovokta LokAdalat.
The Complainant have agreed to pay total due of Rs.21,971/- till today. Firstly Complainant will have to deposit of Rs.10,000/- as down payment of the electric charges and the rest of the amount will be paid before the OP by three installments and Rs.100/- should be paid separately for disconnection and reconnection charges. The Complainant will deposit the amount of Rs.10,000/- initially before the WBSEDCL on 27.08.24 and rest of the amount will be paid by the Complainant is three installments basis.
The Complainant is directed to deposit the amount before the WBSEDCL as installment basis as per this order as electric charges i/d WBSEDCL shall liberty to take necessary action as per rules and the Electric Department will provide electricity within 48 hours from the date of receipt of aforesaid money.
It is ordered that the case is disposed of on consent by the parties.
No order as to cost.
