       In view of order no.9 dated 18/10/2022 this case is registered as M.A. case No.MA/58/2022 in connection with the application dated 14/12/2021 of the petitioners/O.p. nos.2 & 3. Ld. Advocate of O.ps. raises verbal objection after coming through the materials on record including the petition under consideration of and considering the submissions of Ld. Advocates appearing for the respective parties first of all it may be noted that this application appears to be a premature one. We are not dealing with this case under the provisions of C.P.C. This is the case where this case be guided under the provision of C.P. Act, 2019 and to dispose of the case at earliest. The petitioner will supply the documents if any, actually during in course of trial and we are of the view that the petition of the petitioners dated 14/12/2021 to be answered in negative. Accordingly, we do that. Thus, the instant M.A. case is disposed of.
