Today is fixed for S.R. and appearance and showing causes by the Jdrs. Today the ld. Counsel for the Complainant/Dhr files a petition stating that the OP/Jdr has already complied the order passed by this ld. Forum in the C.C. No. 50/2017and as such the Complainant/Dhr has no further intention to proceed with the case and as such the Execution Application be disposed of for non-prosecution and prayer is made to dispose of the case with full satisfaction. The petition is seen and signed by the ld. Advocate of the OP/Jdr.

The ld. Counsel for the OP/Jdr files hazira and a petition with a prayer to pass necessary order as they have already complied with the order of this ld. Forum.

            From the two petitions filed by the Dhr and the Jdr respectively, it is quite clear that the final order of this Forum dated 17.10.2017 has already been complied with by the OP/Jdr and for that reason the Complainant/Dhr is not inclined to proceed with the Execution Application further and prayer is made for disposal of the same. Under such circumstances we are of the opinion that the prayer of the Complainant/Dhr be allowed as withdrawal due to non-prosecution.

Hence, it is

that the Execution Application being No. 32/2017 be and the same is disposed of due to non-prosecution without any cost.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
