Today is fixed for hearing on the point of compromise.

Ld. Advocates of both sides are present.

Complainant has also filed an application stating inter alia that the op no. 3 has withdrawn the electricity connection. One amicable settlement petition has also been filed which duly supported by affidavit.

On close examination of the said petition dt. 23.8.2022 and  considering the submission of ld. Advocates of both sides this District Commission is of the view that the complainant is withdrawing this case voluntarily and this District Commission finds no reason to stand on the way of the complainant.

As the disputes have amicably settled in between the parties this complaint case be and the same is disposed of as it is withdrawn.

No order is passed as to costs.
