Regard being had upon the submissions of ld. Advocate of complainant and going through the materials on record including the copy of letter dt. 16.12.2020 on behalf of Station Manager, Khannan CCC.
This Commission is of the view that in fact complainant could not succeed to develop at least any prima facie case which gives satisfaction to this Commission for further proceeding and accordingly the complaint petition appears to be not at all sustainable even on prima facie basis and thus, the petition of complaint stands dismissed.
