ORDER NO. 6 DT. 9.8.11

None appears on behalf of the Complainant/Petitioner.  OP is present through Ld. Advocate. 

This Revisional Application has been directed against the order dt. 24.8.10 passed by the Purba Medinipur District Consumer Forum in Consumer Case No. 31/10 whereby the prayer for an interim order for restoration of the electric connection in the suit building has been refused.  The complainant/petitioner is not appearing to support this Revisional Application.  No adjournment has also been prayed for.  Thus it is evident that the aforesaid order of refusal of the interim order is in force since the date of making of the said order on 24.8.10.  It is also not certain as to whether the complaint case has been disposed of or not in the meantime.  In the circumstances, this Revisional Application has become infructuous.  If the complaint case has not yet been disposed of, then the same should be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order.  Office is directed to communicate this order to the Forum below forthwith.  The Revisional Application is thus disposed of.
