Fixed for show cause by Complainant.

On the other hand Vokalatnama along with “Advocates” hazira has been filed for O.P.

Complainant is absent without step.

It is now 12-50 p.m. on repeated calls neither the Complainant nor any body for Complainant is found present either to file show cause or to take step.

Perused the materials on record.

It appears that Complainant was absent without any step on the date fixed for exparte hearing, as such he was asked to show cause as to why this case shall not be dismissed for his absence vide order no.20 dated 05-01-2017.

But this day Complainant is also found absent without any step.

In view of above facts and circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this ca se.

So, this ca se is liable to be dismissed.

Hence, it is

                                                                                                          Ordered

That the Complaint Case no.158 of 2014 be and same is hereby DISMISSED for default; but without cost.
