Op files power ld. Agent of OP files petition praying for date to file showcase on the ground stated therein. OPS have appeared and today is the first date for appearance.

The Ld. Agent has submitted that complt. will not proceed with the case as case has settled out of Forum. The Complt. submits he will not proceed with the case. Complt. files a petition and has stated that the case has been compromised and he will not proceed with the case. The petition is signed and sealed by the OP.

In the result the case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence Ordered That the case be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution.
