Decree holder Ramani Bala has filed an application through his Ld. Lawyer for withdrawal of the cheque of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand only) deposited by the J.dr WBSEDCL in his favour and also for disposal of the case with full satisfaction.

 J.dr has submitted hazira and a document by firisti through his Ld. Lawyer.

Perused the original case record being CC No. 06 of 2018 where from it reveals that vide order No. 17 dt. 26.09.2019 J.dr/opposite party has deposited an account payee cheque being No. 806332 dt. 07.09.2019 of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand only) of United Bank of India, Balurghat Branch drawn in favour of Ramani Bala.

 This execution case arises from CC No. 06 of 2018 where the above mentioned cheque was deposited on 26.09.2019 as per order of Hon’ble S.C.D.R.C Siliguri Circuit Bench.

Heard the Ld. Advocate of both sides. Perused the application submitted by the D.hr and the original voter identity card (the original voter cared is returned to the D.hr after perusal and keeping the Xerox copy of the said document in the record).

Prayer is considered and allowed. D.hr Ramani bala is allowed to withdraw the cheque stands his name.

The U.D.C of this Forum is instructed to hand over the cheque to Ramani Bala on proper verification.

In view of prayer of the D.hr the EA case No. 20 of 2018 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.
