             The complainant files hazira through Ld. Lawyer alongwith an application filed by the Ld. Lawyer praying for passing necessary order on the ground that today he has no instruction from his client. The case is fixed for admission hearing. Since there is no instruction as per application made by the Ld Lawyer for the complainant. I have reason to believe that the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case. According the case is not admitted and hence it is disposed of accordingly.
