Order No. 6                                            Date : 27.07.2015.

          This date was fixed for passing order. On the hearing of petition which took place on 24.7.2015 which was fixed for hearing the petition dated 21.7.2015 of the petitioner as well as admission hearing.

          Considering jurisdiction and payment of court fees, limitation etc. this Forum found that it was a good case for admission but on 21.7.2015 the petitioner sent one petition through  post which was also heard on 24.7.2015. The contents of which stating that the male Member of this Forum being retired railway officer there is conflict of interest between the petitioner and the male Member and so any order which would be passed would be  vitiated as the male Member is a constituent part of the Forum and so he prayed for release of the aforesaid case from the Forum. Whatever may the Form of the petition but the contents will prevail always and  in the contents the petitioner submitted that he would get justice and so prayed for release of the case or rather he want to withdraw the case from this Forum.

          In view of discussion and findings this Forum finds that it  would be just and wise to release the case from this Forum.     

          Hence,

                              ORDERED

That the C.C. no. 237 of 2015 be and the same is dismissed as withdrawn.  

Supply the copy of this order, as per rule.
