Both the parties are absent. It was reflected in my earlier order dated 16/03/2020 that the complainant filed 19 (nineteen) numbers of petition from 06/01/16 to 17/07/18 seeking time for filing evidence. All his adjourment petition were allowed by the then president. But instead of filing evidence the complainant is remaining absent from 28/08/18 to this date without any step causing unnecessary delay in proceeding. Much opportunities were given to the complainant to aduce his evidence. Considering the pendency of the case and keeping in mind the acts and attitude of the complainant, this Commission is pleased to pass this order dismissing the case of the complainant for his own default. The case is dismissed for default of the complainant.
