O.P./Jdr. is represented by Ld. G.P., Bankura by filing a petition for disposal of the Execution Case on the ground stated therein with deposit of an A/c Payee Cheque No. being 712914, dated: 19/04/2024 for Rs. 6 Lakh drawn on S.B.I., Bankura Branch in favour of Dhr.          in satisfaction of the entire decretal amount passed in C.C. No.82/2014, dt.10/08/2023.

Let the Cheque be handed over to the Dhr. on proper receipt and verification.

The Execution case is accordingly disposed of on full satisfaction without prejudice to the right and contention of the parties in C.O. No.1050 of 2024 pending before the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta. The Petition filed by the Ld. G.P., Bankura is also disposed of accordingly.

Let the copy of this Order be supplied to both parties with endorsement of acknowledgement and receipt.
