 Final Order

The Jdrs are present through their Ld. Advocates.

Jdrs have already complied with the order under execution excepting payment of punitive damage as imposed by this Ld. Forum on the Jdrs in the Judgment dt. 12.08.2014 in the CC 56/2014. In the said Judgment the Ld. Forum was pleased to direct the Jdrs to comply the order very strictly within the stipulated time i.e. within 2 months from the date of the Judgment, failing which the Jdrs shall payment punitive damage @ Rs. 100/- per day and the said amount shall be deposited to the SCWF.

Accordingly the concerned office has calculated the said amount as Rs. 85,100/- i.e. for the period from 12.10.2014 to 10.03.2017 i.e. for 851 days.

Today the Ld. Advocate for the Jdrs is inclined to deposit the said amount by way of Demand Draft in favour of the President, DCDRF, North 24 Parganas, bearing no- 637152 to the tune of Rs. 85,100/- dt. 10.10.2018 drawn on SBI, Barasat. The said Demand Draft be handed over to the concerned present of this Ld. Forum.

In view of such payment the present Execution Application being no- 151/2014 is hereby disposed for on full and final satisfaction as the Jdrs have already complied with the other portion of the Judgment under Section in respect of the decree of the Dhr.

Let plain copy of this order be given to the Jdrs free of cost as per the CPR, 2005 without any delay.
