                   Today the present execution petition is fixed for consideration. At this stage, learned counsel for the DH states that he does not want to pursue with the present execution petition further and requested that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. His statement recorded separately in this regard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the learned counsel for the DH, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
