ON BEHALF OF THE BENCH

 

Complainant and opposite party No.3 present and O.P.3 represented that he is handing over the cheque bearing No.325392 dt:02.07.2015 for Rs.1,24,412/- (Rupees one lakh twenty four thousand four hundred and twelve only) to satisfy the claim and it is handed-over to the complainant. The complainant accepted the same and filed F.S.Memo and requested the Forum to record full satisfaction. He also filed another memo stating that he is withdrawing the case since he received the amount. Both the memos are allowed. F.S.recorded. Case is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
