Complainant is present through Ld. lawyer.

Ld. Lawyer for the complainant files a petition intending to withdraw the same and with liberty to file the case in the District Commission.

Perused the petition along with the complaint petition.

It appears that the amount involved in this case falls far below the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Commission, and is not maintainable as such in this commission.  

Hence,

                                    ORDERED

That the instant case be and the same is dismissed being not maintainable in this Commission on the score of pecuniary jurisdiction.

The complainant, however, is at liberty to file the case in appropriate District Commission.

The instant case is thus disposed off accordingly.
