This record is put up today on the strength of the put up petition filed by the complainant.

Today the Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that an amount of Rs.3,75,000/-(Three Lakh Seventy Five Thousand) only has been paid by the O.Ps towards the full and final settlement of the claim amount under compromise. By filing a petition ld. Counsel for the complainant further submits that complainant is satisfied with the said compromise amount Rs.3,75,000/-(Three Lakh Seventy Five Thousand) only and not to proceed with the Consumer Complaint further. Under such circumstances, we are of the view that as The complainant is satisfied with the said amount, hence the Consumer Complaint bearing No.249 of 2017 be disposed of with full and final satisfaction.

that the Consumer Complaint being No. 249/2017 is hereby dispose of with full and final satisfaction.
