Case posted to-day for appearance and version by OPs. Complainant present personally before this Forum to-day. The Complainant has filed a memo to-day, the 15th January 2013, stating therein that, since there is a compromise between the Parties out side the court, he does not want to proceed with the case further. So, he prays before this Forum to pass necessary order and to drop the case.

We have heard the Petitioner and perused the memo filed by the Complainant. In view of Prayer of the Complainant, we allow the memo for disposal of his case.

Accordingly, the case is disposed off being with drawn.
