Order no. 10.  dated 16.6.15

            Complainant is not found present but an application for adjournment is found to have filed without service of copy thereupon.

            OP moved before us for filing affidavit in chief depending upon the appropriate steps by the complainant.

            Heard and seen the record. It appears that the complainant was duly ordered for filing affidavit in chief but the same is not filed in terms of earlier order. Mere by filing an adjournment petition the complainant left the Forum. At this stage, we do not see any order from appropriate authority restraining us to proceed the matter as has ben going on. Thus, it is justified to drop the proceeding .

                                                            Hence ordered

            That the case be and the same be dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be made over to the parties free of cost.
