ORDER

Complaint is Allowed. Opposite party is directed to allow the rate of interest on the N.S.C which was prevailing as on 26-2-2001 and pay the difference if any to the complainant. If the opposite party feel that awarding of such interest at the rate of 11% p.a. is not in the public interest,he is at liberty to send a letter to the complainant by RPAD,15 days in advance permitting them to withdraw the entire amount with upto date interest,without deduction of amount of the total amount as provided in the scheme. Having regard to the facts and circumstances parties to bear own costs. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P
