JUDGMENT

               

                The  present dispute arises out of the complaint petition filed by the above named complainant alleging deficiency in service  against  afore mentioned O.Ps for non  payment of service  charges a sum of Rs.15,560/-  for  conveyance of postal mails in shape of  vehicle  OR-18-8649  from Rayagada  to  K.Singhpur.

            On being noticed the O.Ps appeared and submitted that after  receipt of the notice from the  forum  the  outstanding  amount  a sum of Rs. 14,467/- has already been paid to the  complainant  on Dt.27.6.2015 . Hence the  O.P. prayed the forum  to drop the proceeding.

 

            The complainant is absent on repeated call.  It presumed the complainant is not interested to proceed the case further.

 

            Heard  and perused the  paper filed by the  O.P. Accordingly the case is closed.
