Dhr files a ptn. for withdrawal of two drafts filed by the jdr. along with photocopy of documents of dhr.

  Jdr today also filed a DD of Rs. 5053/- under a ptn. Ld. Adv. of both sides submit that the DD dtd.24.9.19 amounting to Rs.246615/- and draft dtd.27.9.19 amounting to Rs.5053/- furnished on behalf of the Jdr have been received by the Dhr. and to that effect gave a receipt.

   Ld Advs.of both sides including the Dhr submit that there is a settlement  in btween the parties and as such the case be dropped accordingly. Dhr also submit that he has received the aforementioned two drafts and as such case may be dropped with full satisfaction.

   Hd. both sides. The drafts of Rs.246615 dtd.24.9.19 drawn on Allahabad Bank, Begumpur br. and draft dtd.27.9.19 of rs5053/- drawn on Allahabad Bank , Begumpur Br. be handed over to the Dhr. only after on proper receipt and on proper identification by his recorded Ld. Adv./ his authorised agent.

   In the above backdrop the instant case is disposed of with full satisfaction.
