                                                                                           JUDGMENT

            While adjudicating the case, it has come to our notice that notice U/s.13(2)  of SARFAESI Act, 2002 was under process prior to filing of the consumer complaint. It is settled law that Consumer Commission cannot interfere where proceeding under SARFAESI Act is initiated. In view of the settled position of law, we do not interfere in the merit of the case. Hence the consumer complaint is dismissed as not maintainable.
