The complainant Smt. Satika Roy along with her Ld. Advocate is present. Aadhaar Card of Smt. Satika Roy is also filed.

The Ld. Advocate for the OPs is also  present.

A joint petition has been filed by the Ld. Advocates of both sides, where it is stated that the C.C. Case has been compromised between both parties  for Rs.34,000/- towards full and final settlement and the complainant  Satika Roy has  now “No Claim” against the OP-LIC of India. The both parties pray before the Lok Adalat to dispose of the case towards full and final settlement.

Heard the complainant and the Ld. Advocates of both sides.

As the dispute of the complainant has  been sorted out amicably in between the parties , so the case may be disposed of.

Hence, it is

                                               ORDERED

that the Consumer Complainant No. 9/2020 case be and the same is thus  disposed of as the dispute-in-question is  amicably settled down in between them. .

 Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
