In the result compliant is allowed the complainant has filed calculation memo calculating principal along with interest for each and every month for a total  period of one year from 31.01.2011 to 31.01.2012 for Rs.513161/-. When calculation of the above said sum the simple interest comes to Rs.41052.88 rounded to Rs.41053/-. He is entitled to receive the above interest.

                The opposite party directed to pay the above interest with in a period of one month from the date of this order failing which 8 percent interest from the date of realization

                The opposite party is directed to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- as compensation towards mental agony and to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- as cost.
