This complaint is coming upon before us finally on 18.03.2016 in the presence of M/s. S.A. Gopal, Counsel for the complainant, Thiru. C. Elamaran, Counsel for the 1st and 2nd opposite parties, Thiru. S. Rajasekar, Counsel for the 3rd and 4th opposite parties and Tmt. T.K. Mythili, Counsel for the 5th and 6th opposite parties and upon hearing arguments of both sides and having perused the documents and evidences of both sides, this Forum delivered the following,
ORDER
Perused the common order passed in the Writ Petition Nos.12746 to 12750/2003 Dated 09.12.2015. Both parties called absent.
In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court, Madras, this complaint is dismissed as settled out of court. No cost.
