ORDER

The complaints are allowed. Opposite Party No.1 shall pay the entire amount mentioned in the Fixed Deposit Receipts/S.B. Account in CC.No.322/2014 Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only),  in CC.No.323/2014 Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifty thousand only),  in CC.No.324/2014 Rs.75,000/- (Rupees Seventy five thousand only), in CC.No.325/2014 Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty thousand only), in CC.No.326/2014 Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy thousand only), in CC.No.327/2014 Rs.6,500/- (Rupees Six thousand five hundred only), in CC.No.328/2014  Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only), in CC.No.329/2014 Rs.66,000/- (Rupees Sixty six thousand only), in CC.No.330/2014 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only), in CC.No.331/2014 Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only), in CC.No.332/2014 Rs.2,20,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs Twenty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 in all the cases, along with contractual rate of interest from the respective date of deposits till the date of maturity to the complainants and thereafter Opposite Parties shall pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the respective date of maturity till the date of payment. And also pay Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) each case towards the cost of the litigation expenses.  Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

Complaint against Opposite Party No.2 is hereby dismissed.

The F.D.R. if any deposited by the Complainant be returned fourth with by substituting the certified.

The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties and therefore the file be consigned to record.
