ORDER

The complaints are allowed. Opposite Parties are jointly and severally shall pay the entire amount mentioned in the Fixed Deposit Receipts in CC.No.304 2014 Rs.71,754 (Rupees Seventy one thousand seven hundred fifty four only) i.e Ex.C1 to C3, in CC.No.364 2014 Rs.80,000 (Rupees Eighty  thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.3652014 Rs.30,000 (Rupees Thirty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.370 2014 Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 , in CC.No.371 2014 Rs.59,670 (Rupees Fifty nine thousand six hundred seventy only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.372 2014 Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.373 2014 Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.374 2014 Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.375 2014 Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.376 2014 Rs.98,000 (Rupees Ninety eight thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C5, in CC.No.377 2014 Rs.96,070 (Rupees Ninety six thousand seventy only) i.e Ex.C1 to C5,  along with contractual rate of interest from the respective date of deposits till the date of maturity to the complainants and thereafter Opposite Parties shall pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the respective date of maturity till the date of payment. And also pay Rs.2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) in each case towards the cost of the litigation expenses.  Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

The F.D.R. if any deposited by the Complainant be returned fourth with by substituting the certified.

The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties and therefore the file be consigned to record.
