The perusal of the G.O.Ms.No.1010, dt.22.09.1992 filed on behalf of the 2nd and 3rd respondents makes it clear that when regular revenue staff is employed recovery shall be made in case acquisition proceedings are withdrawn after passing of the award at 13% towards establishment charges and 1.5% towards pensionary charges.  Therefore the balance amount of Rs.189653/- shown in the calculation memo of petitioner and the accrued interest thereon  is nothing but the said charges which they are entitled to recover.

Hence the petitioner is not entitled to claim the said amount.  The petition is therefore dismissed.
