This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 to 4 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to pay a sum of Rs.11,990/- towards the cost of Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus mobile and to pay a sum of Rs.40,000/- towards compensation for the loss of business and mental agony with cost of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant not filed for a long time to prove the contentions raised in the complaint.  The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.  No representation also.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
