Heard the Complainant.  Perused the complaint u/s 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019.

The Complainant submits that he would not press the complaint u/s 35of the C.P. Act, 2019 and an endorsement has been made in the margin of the complaint with remarks “Not pressed”.

Hence, the complaint u/s 35 of the C.P. Act, 2019 is dismissed being not pressed. Complainant is at liberty to file the case afresh.
