Today is fixed for furnishing original documents by the complainant and for admission hearing. 

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.  No original document is furnished by the complainant.  Ld. Advocate for the complainant submits that the complainant is unable to furnish the said documents.

On scrutiny of the complaint petition it appears that a loan of huge amount is involved in the matter.  The photocopy of documents as filed by the complainant at the time of institution of the Consumer Complaint is illegible and as such the complainant was asked to furnish original documents.

As the complainant has failed to furnish the documents as mentioned afore, we are not inclined to admit the Consumer Complaint in its present form and as such, the CC being No. 43/2023 is rejected being not admitted.
