The complainant is absent without steps and no show cause is filed.

It seems to us that the complainant is no more interested to proceed with the case and that it is not possible for this Commission to run this case with the recessive stance taken by the complainant.

We think that this is a fit case for passing a dismissal order.

Hence, it is ordered, that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
