Final Order / Judgement

The complaint filed by the complainant  U/Sec.35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 as against the OPs  is hereby allowed partly.

                   The O.P.No.1 and 2 are jointly and severally shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and hardship before this Commission within 45 days.

 

                   The O.P. No.1 and 2 are jointly and severally shall deposit Rs.5,000/- towards  litigation expenses within 45 days.

 

                   After depositing of amount the complainant is entitled to get released the amount.

 

                   Send the copy of this order to both parties, on free of cost, through post.
